Our mahi.

We've supported overhauls of rubbish and recycling programmes, improvements of digital systems that manage property and rates, re-design of operating models to aid improved iwi engagement and Māori outcomes, and supported central government agencies with the full breath of their complex projects - from implementing new technology and helping deliver major infrastructure projects to redesigning operating models and providing business analysis support wherever their teams are stretched thin.
