Our BA Practice Director and Pulse Thought-leadership Team can help you bounce ideas around, validate your thoughts and provide the guidance that will help your BA Manager, team and practice become the envy of others, in both the public and private sectors.

• Developing and embedding a core set of BA standards, processes and templates for project and business-as-usual work

• promote their business analysis capability within the organisation
• define and market their roles to enhance their teams
• develop succession plans.
