Warren’s role involves leading Redvespa’s systems and process enhancements, and modelling new directions and service line developments. He also continues to act as a short-term Consultant for our clients in project initialisation phases. Warren is also The BA Kit’s Product Manager. This key role sees Warren planning and implementing the marketing and strategic direction of The BA Kit, along with planning future functionality in conjunction with The BA Kit’s Development Team and existing customers. With Warren’s extensive experience in Business Analysis, he is also able to put on his consulting hat and assist clients in utilising The BA Kit to its maximum potential for their professional environment.
Having been a Strategy Consultant and Business Analyst in online channels for the majority of his working life, Warren thrives on being involved with people at all levels – whether it is the end user or senior manager. Warren uses both his strong structured analytical and creative thinking skills to bring about the ideal solution for customer’s needs.
Warren has a great sense of humour and has no issue with making himself the butt of his own joke if appropriate! Socially engaging and fun to be around, Warren has hidden talents in writing and architecture. It’s his karaoke skills though that have seen him achieve legend status around the Redvespa office!
