CEO Sarah Gibson came on board in the early days to assist with the HR and Strategic Direction of the company. While initially engaged as a consultant, it soon became obvious that Sarah’s skills more than complemented the Redvespa style of business. Fun, energetic and people-focused.
Sarah’s role as CEO gives her the opportunity to steer the people and financial direction of Redvespa, in addition to managing a number of leadership portfolios. Sarah is a very driven individual with a passion for people and their well being, and is focussed on growing Redvespa in a managed and planned way whilst keeping the all important culture!
Sarah’s passion for Business Analysis has grown over her years of involvement and she is currently President of the NZ Chapter of the International Institute of Business Analaysis. Raising the profile of the profession in New Zealand is one of Sarah’s goals and those who know Sarah and her capabilities, are under no doubt that she will be heavily involved in making it happen!
