Sara has over 11 years of business consulting experience, with considerable knowledge of the utilities (electricity retail & distribution, and water/waste water) and telecommunications industries. She has also worked in banking, retail, government, health, and media.
Sara is a seasoned Project Manager and Senior Business Analyst, and supports teams by working with them to successfully plan, manage, and progress activities through to final delivery. She focuses on identifying risks as soon as possible, and working to eliminate these before they become issues.
Sara has an ongoing passion for helping businesses to streamline their activities, optimise processes, and improve overall performance (and visibility of ongoing results).
She also has an enthusiasm for Business Intelligence. In particular, Sara has a keen interest in delivering meaningful reporting outputs for tangible decision-making and ongoing performance improvements.
When not at work, Sara has a curious fascination for custom motorcycles.
