James has a number of years experience as a Senior Business Analyst. As well as being part of large project teams, James has also shown his breath of experience by leading teams and also operating in a sole charge capacity where required. A calm and reliable character, James’ experience is broad and ranges from gathering requirements from users and their managers, to reporting to CIOs and senior managers.
James believes in honest and transparent communication and he enjoys building relationships that encourage success with the people he works with. Coming from a strong technical background James liaises with the developers and architects and then translates it back into every day English for the business side to use. A major plus when not everyone is au fait with the tech speak!
