An experienced operator with over 20 years in the IT industry, Bruce brings a wealth of experience to any organization with a particular focus on understanding and developing business processes, organisation change management, business analysis, financial management and project management.
Like many in the field, Bruce started working in Business Analysis purely by chance. An opportunity to add value and provide relevant reporting to the customer side of the organization he was working for at the time saw Bruce move effortlessly into Business Analysis. Bruce is at his best when he is involved in workshops where the discussions are stimulating and the room is “buzzing”. And while he may have years of experience behind him, he still relishes the chance to learn a new area of the business.
Bruce coaches teenagers tennis teams in his spare time – a great leveler! Teenagers tell it like it is and there’s a sense of satisfaction to be gained when they listen, follow the advice given and produce outstanding results on the court! For a more sedate and relaxed pursuit, Bruce can often be found boating and trout fishing. A great chance to chill out and, more often than not, clear the head!
