Senior Management Team Changes

2013 is a year of growth for Redvespa, as we continue to expand our client and consultant bases in both Auckland and Wellington. We are delighted to announce the following appointments and changes to our Senior Management Team:

Shane.Sarah.Steve 1

Shane Mackay, Head of Business Development

Shane and the Business Development Team are tasked with selling the value of Redvespa people and services here in New Zealand and around the world. The role will ensure Redvespa is positioned for ongoing and sustainable growth.

Shane joins us from OCG Consulting, where he was General Manager, Wellington region, leading the Wellington Business operations of the international recruitment company. Shane helped develop OCG’s local brand positioning, build market share and drive profitable growth for the company. Prior to OCG, Shane was responsible for the Wellington operations of Manpower Professional.

Steve Manners, Head of Professional Services

Steve’s new role will ensure that Redvespa delivers people and services that delight Redvespa clients here and abroad. This role will manage the development and enhancement of products and service offerings and cement Redvespa’s high quality service delivery.

Steve’s most recent roles have been Group Manager IT for the Todd Corporation and Head of Infrastructure, IAG New Zealand. His strengths and experience lie in developing IT and business strategies for change, developing employee engagement and enhancing the customer focused delivery of services.

Richard Gibson, Advisor to Senior Management Team

Redvespa’s founder and director for the last 10 years, Richard has nurtured our clients and consultants right from the beginning. Richard finally cuts the apron strings and hands the reins over to the new look Senior Management Team. Richard remains an integral part of the business, using his new role as Advisor to the Senior Management Team to continue to guide Redvespa’s future development, and ensure Redvespa’s core values remain paramount in everything we do.

Sarah Gibson, CEO commented she is “delighted with the calibre of our new appointments, capable of taking Redvespa’s strategic vision to the next level. We look forward to offering our existing clients a broader range of service offerings in the near future, developing our client base further and attracting more of the best BAs.” Sarah continues “our new look Management Team allows Redvespa to create a new generation of superior business analysis services.”
