The role of the Business Analyst has evolved in many ways. It has been formalised, professionalised and certified by the IIBA. Changes in project methodologies have challenged, adjusted and affirmed it. Trends in the technology and business world have further shaped it. Recently the debate between the Business Analyst and the Business Architect role has escalated. In the meantime the value proposition of the BA role still remains. This presentation will focus on how Business Analysts can enhance their value proposition by focusing their efforts on the skills sets that are still in demand in the ever changing world of Business Change.
