A couple of months ago we launched in Christchurch, with Nick Burns and Tom Shanley making up our current team down there. People are asking to know a little more about us. Below are some of the things that make us a little different to the rest. From our culture and knowledge story, through to our family values. Check out a little bit more about us here!
What makes us different?
Redvespa is a business with family values, started by Richard and Sarah Gibson, a husband and wife team.
About a year and a half ago we re-structured and introduced two new roles – a Chief Knowledge Officer and a Chief Culture Officer, you can read about our Ways of Working, and our Journey to Knowledge.
Sarah, our CEO, likes to lead from the front and be a little innovative, so we run our Strategy using Agile principles – and we now run workshops on this and the Jim Collins framework.
